Hebert died November 4, 2011. OBIT: PERRY, Hubert G. 85 years of age of Hazard, KY and Dayton, Ohio, passed away Friday, November 4th, 2011 at Livingston Care Center after a long illness. Hubert was preceded in death by his parents, Brian & Ethel Perry; three brothers, John, Jerry, Samuel Brian "S.B.", and a sister, Wilma. He was the son of Brian & Ethel Perry. Hubert is survived by his son, Donnie (Toni) Perry of Norman, Oklahoma; a daughter, Joan Hemingway of Fairborn, Ohio; four grandchildren, Jeff (Suzanne) Perry, Jason Perry, Sara (Tim) Stack, and Alissa (John) Mobley; four sisters, Phyllis, Jeanette, Juanetta, and Doris; seven great-grandchildren, Cody, Melaina, Marlow, Bryce, Cayden, Myka, Carter, and Miley Juanita. There will be a graveside service Saturday, November 19th at 11am at Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Poasttown, OH.
He married Juanita Georgia York November 4, 1944. Juanita was born January 30,1924 in Hiner, Perry Co., KY. Juanita was the daughter of Jesse Payne York and Elizabeth Easterling. Juanita died July 21, 2000 in Dayton, Montgomery Co., OH.
