Cecil Edwin¹¹ Matthew (Jequettia Joy¹⁰ Allgood, Robert Lee⁹, William Charles⁸, William J.⁷, Richard J.⁶, John⁵, Ishmael⁴, Edward³, William², Edward¹ Algood) was born in Frederick, Tillman Co., OK July 25, 1962. Cecil died February 16, 2010 Lawton, Comanche Co, OK. OBIT: Cecil Edwin Matthew Funeral for former Frederick resident, Cecil Edwin Matthew, 47, Lawton, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Tesca Baptist Church, Frederick, with the Rev. Ronnie Morgan officiating.

Mr. Matthew died Tuesday, Feb. 16, 2010, in Lawton.

Burial will be in Chattanooga Cemetery under the direction of Jackson Funeral Home of Frederick.

He was born July 25, 1962, in Frederick, to Clarence Edward and Jequettia Joy Allgood Matthew. He attended Chattanooga, Frederick and Davidson Public Schools. He married Shirley Bohn Olsen on March 9, 2003, in Vernon, Texas. He worked for Matthew Roofing in Frederick beside his dad for many years. After moving to Lawton, he was employed by Ford Roofing. He was a Baptist.

Survivors include his wife, Shirley Matthew, of the home; a daughter and companion: Amanda Matthew and Jesse Deines, Scottsbluff, Neb.; three step-sons and their spouses: Denver and Brittany Olsen and Bryan and Amanda Olsen, all of Frederick, and Coyle Olsen, Lawton; five grandchildren: Haley Olsen, Kaitlynn Deines, Shaun McKee, Karli Olsen and Julia Olsen; two sisters and brothers-in-law: Rita and Marty Powell and Tina and Joe Diaz, Frederick, and a host of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Edd and Joy Matthew and a sister, Ruby McKinney.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of Southwest Oklahoma in memory of Cecil Edwin Matthew.

Cecil Edwin Matthew and Shirley Bohn Olsen had the following child:
