OBIT: Mary Lou as wife o Buddy Kitchens and mother of Virginia Kay (Rogers) Poindexter, Pamela Ann (Rogers) Ramon, Belinda Sue Seidel and Samuel Wayne Kitchens. She was married twice; first to Elton Maynard Rogers and then to Buddy Eugene Kitchens. Buddy adopted her two oldest children. She had a compassionate heart and worked many years as a nurse. One of her favorite pass-times was setting by the water and watching the birds. She passed that love on to some of her children as well. She lived for God as best she knew how and showed that love to others. Mary was buried in the Bascom West Cemetery, Bascom, Smith co., TX
She married twice. She married Clarence Buddy E Kitchens. Clarence was born June 11, 1933 in Fort Collins, Larimer Co., CO. Clarence died February 21, 2004 in Flint, Smith Co., TX. She married Elton Maynard Rogers March 22, 1951 in Carsicanna, TX. Elton was born December 15, 1928 in Athens, TX. Elton was the son of Sabert Jackson Rogers and Grace Gertrude Barr. Elton died August 25, 2002 in Hurst, Tarrant Co., TX.
