Rhonda died July 19, 2011 in Enid, Garfield Co., OK. OBIT: Rhonda Gale Lowell was born June 20, 1955, at Sayre OK to Woodrow and Gladys (Davis) Sims and passed away July 19, 2011, at the age of 56. Rhonda graduated from Hereford High School in Hereford TX before her marriage to Jackie Wayne Lowell on Aug. 24, 1979. Rhonda was a caregiver and caretaker during her working career.
She was preceded in death by her husband on Aug. 15, 2010, her parents, and sister Ann Macklin.
Survivors include her sons Leighton Lowell and fiancé Stephanie Henderson of DeLeon TX and Derek Lowell and wife Andrea of Elk City; grandsons Bradon and Kason Lowell; sisters Oleta Cree of Pittsburg TX and Darlene Carter of Hereford TX; and brothers Bobby Sims of San Angelo TX, Loyd Sims of Lindale TX, and Jimmy Sims and Ronald Sims, both of West Palm Beach FL.
She married Jackie Wayne Lowell August 24,1979. Jackie was born May 23,1956 in Dumas, Moore Co., TX. Jackie died August 15, 2010 in Enid, Garfield Co., OK.
