He married twice. He married Elizabeth Nancy Chapman. Elizabeth was born May 23,1868 in Giles Co., TN. Elizabeth died March 19,1953 in Bridgeport, Wise Co., TX. He married Elizabeth Nancy Mitchel. Elizabeth was born May 1873 in TN. Elizabeth was the daughter of Frank Mitchel.
