Thomas died September 20, 2005 Henrico Co, VA. OBIT: Thomas Frederick (Freddy) Carnes III, 42, of Moseley, died Saturday, September 10, 2005.

He is survived by his parents, Thomas F. Carnes Jr. and Irene W. Carnes; his children, Ryan Carnes, Katey Carnes, Anthony Green and Brandi Wheeler; two sisters, Patricia Soler and Cece Adams; his brother, Chris Carnes.

The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the Bliley Funeral Homes' Chippenham Chapel, 6900 Hull Street Rd. A funeral service will be held 3 p.m. Tuesday at Skinquarter Baptist Church.

Thomas Frederick Carnes III and Tracy Ann Weldon had the following children:
