Grace died February 20, 1996 in Sioux Falls. SD. He married Fern Shelton July 1938. Fern was born January 5,1916 in Miami, Ottawa Co, OK. Fern was the daughter of Martha (___). Fern died Movember 12, 1967 in Springfield, Greene Co., MO. OBIT: Mrs. Fern (Shelton) Allgood, 51, 1805 E. Southwest died at 7:15 a.m. Sunday in St. Johns Hospital, Springfield, Mo., where she had been a patient for 10 days. Born Jan 5, 1916, near Miami, Mrs. Allgood had resided in the Miami area all her life. She was associated with her husband, Howard Allgood, in the Howard Allgood paint and body here.
Surviving in addition to her husband are a stepson, Donald Allgood, Bartleville; her mother, Mrs. Martha Shelton, Miami; a brother, Herschel Shelton, Miami, Route 1; four sisters, Mrs Eunice Gibson and Mrs. Etta Wiford, Kansas City, Mo., and Mrs. Virgie Connely and Mrs. Zola Magos, Tulsa and three step-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Cooper Funeral Chapel in Miami with the Rev. Wayne Will officiating. Nephews will be pallbearers. Burial will be in the Grand Army of the Republic Cemetery, Miami, OK
