Troy died December 31, 1979 in Monroe, Ouachita Parish, LA. Obit- Monday December 31, 1979 Troy Wallace- Services for Troy Wallace, 69, of Monroe, were incomplete under direction of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home in Monroe. Mr Troy died Monday in Glenwood Hospital in West Monroe after a short illness. Survivors include two sons, William E. Wallace of Chulla Vista, Calif,. and Jimmy Wallace of Monroe; two daughters, Mrs Mary Lou Nelson and Ruby Brady, both of Monroe; two brothers, Douglas Wallace of Bradford, Ark.; and Leroy Wallace of Gonzales; three sisters, Mrs Myrtia Bell Rallinson of Bonita, Mrs. Sadie Walker of Minden and Mrs. Martha Ann Watson of Monroe; 17 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. Troy was buried in the Springhill Cemetery, Monroe, LA

He married Gladys Lucille Cleveland November 14, 1931 in Monroe, Ouachita Parish, LA. Gladys was born April 7, 1915. Gladys is the daughter of (____) Spooner and Martha Cleaver.
