Frances died December 23, 1990 in High Point, Guilford Co., NC. OBIT: Mrs. Frances Dinkins Board, 75, died Sunday at Wesleyan Arms Retirement Center.Funeral will be at 11 a.m. today at the J.A. Grout Memorial Chapel of the First Wesleyan Church. Burial will be in Floral Garden Park. A native of Yadkin County, she lived in the High Point vicinity for most of her life and formerly worked at Diamond Hosiery Co. She was retired from Zayre's Department Store where she worked in sales. She was a member of the English Road Baptist Church and Sunday School.

Surviving are son, Hurley M. Board of High Point; daughters, Mrs. Marie Sechrest, Mrs. Lorine Kennedy, both of High Point; brother, John Allen Dinkins of High Point; sisters, Mrs. Ruby Hilliard, Mrs. Iris Horner, Mrs. Antilee Hill, all of High Point, Mrs. Marylou Durham of Newell, W. Va., Mrs. Leno Norman of Cincinnati, Ohio; eight grandchildren.

The family will be at home of a daughter, Mrs. Lorine Kennedy, 716 Locust St.

She married Floyd Marshall Board July 25, 1931 in Danville, VA. Floyd was born January 21, 1910. Floyd was the son of R. T. Clarence Board and Annie Elizabeth Babbs. Floyd died March 31, 1973 in High Point, Guilford Co., NC. Floyd was buried in the Floral Gardens Park Cemetery, High Point, NC
