He married Amanda Holman October 27, 1844 in Clay Co., IL. Amanda was born May 25, 1828 in Shelby Co., IN. Amanda was the daughter of William Holman and Rebecka Burris. Amanda died December 14, 1876.

 1153 viii. Henry F. Baity was born in IL 1863. He married an unknown person February 24, 1887 in Champaign Co., IL.

 1154 ix. Margaret M. Baity was born in IL Septembe 26, 1865. Margaret died June 5, 1866. Margaret was buried at the Onstott Cemetery, Xenia, Clay Co., Illinois

 1155 x. William N. Baity was born in IL April 16, 1869. William died October 19, 1875. William was buried at Onstott Cemetery, Xenia, Clay Co., Illinois
