He married Lucy Emma Bryan. Lucy was born 1858 in IN. Lucy was the daughter of John S Bryan and Harriet Hartmann.

 3957 ii. Bertha Baity was born in Naper, Holt Co., MO December 22, 1885.

 3958 iii. Earl Burton Baity was born in Naper, Holt Co., MO September 23, 1893. Earl died Deember 1969 in Tucson, Pima Co., AZ. He married Atta Marie Tamplin 1918. Atta was born 1895.

 3959 iv. Homer Othello Baity was born December 15, 1895.
