Dale died April 5, 1995. Dale was buried in New Hope Methodist Church Cemetery, Lincoln Co., MS.
He married Lyndia Sue Wiley. Lyndia was born November 101939 in Parish, TX. Lyndia was the daughter of Jack Wiley and Bernadine Goff. Lyndia died June 8, 2004 in Wesson, Copiah Co, MS. OBIT: Services for Lynda Sue Wiley Calcote of the Loyd Star community are 10 a.m., Thursday, June 10, at New Hope Methodist Church with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation is Wednesday from 5-9 p.m., at Brookhaven Funeral Home, and Thursday from 9-10 a.m., at the church. Mrs. Calcote, 64, died June 8, 2004, at her residence. She was born in Paris, Texas, on Nov. 10, 1939, to Jack Wiley and Bernadine Goff Wiley. She was a homemaker and former owner of Calcote Grocery in Caseyville. She was a member of New Hope Methodist Methodist Church. Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, Dale Calcote; and a son, Dean Calcote. Survivors are her daughter, Cindy Case of the Loyd Star community; her son, Mark Calcote of the Loyd Star community; her sister, Lynn Baker of Merced, Calif.; her brothers, Gary Huckaby of the Loyd Star community, Larry Huckaby of Brookhaven, and Shelby Wiley of Dallas, Texas; and her grandchildren, Michelle Barber and Lyndie Sue Phillips, both of the Loyd Star community. Pallbearers will be Shane Case, Kelly Case, Colby Calcote, William Todd May, Jereme Smith and Ricky Williamson. Alternate pallbearer is Dr. Bryan Calcote.
Dale Raymond Calcote and Lyndia Sue Wiley had the following children:
