Mary died December 14, 2012 in TX. OBIT: Mary Beth Favor was born on July 10, 1942, in Brookhaven, to Hovis Marshall Windham and Agnes Case Windham. Mary lived in Katy, Texas, for the past two years, and attended Second Baptist Church West Campus.
Mary passed away on Friday, Dec. 14, 2012, at the age of 70 years.
She is survived by her daughter, Melony F. Gay and her husband Bryan of Katy, Texas; grandchildren, Austin and Travis Gay of Katy, Texas; sisters, Linda Helms Jones of Brenham, Texas, Barbara Windham Long of Houston, and Rebecca Gillespie of Atlanta; brother, Buddy Windham, of Leakey, Texas; as well as other loving family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 17, 2012, at the Schmidt Funeral Home Chapel, in Katy, with Dr. Wallace Henley officiating. Interment in Katy Magnolia Cemetery.
