She had been a resident of te community for 36 years. She was 73 years old. She was a member of the Swartz Baptist Church where services will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday, under directin of Peters Funeral Home. Burial will be in spring Hill cemetery, Swartz, with the Rev. H. M. Roach, Officiating. Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Ivelue Winnon, Bastrop; five sons, Andrew Cranford, New Jersey; A. C. Cranford, Swartz; William P. Cranford, Lampkin; James W. Cranford, Swartz; Hardy Cranford, Monroe; one sister, Mrs. Dora Wallace, Swartz; one brother Jim Allgood, Monroe.
She married Thomas (Tom) Calvin Cranford 1902. Thomas was born 1879 in Taylorsville, Smith Co., MS. Thomas died September 21, 1945 in Swartz, Ouachita Parish, LA. Tom was buried int he Springhill Cemetery, Swartz, LA

Will and Ida had no children.
