He married twice. He married Perlina M. Coffman July 13, 1850 in Mercer Co., KY. Perlina was born January 1, 1828 in Sebree, Meade Co. KY. Perlina was the daughter of Enoch Coffman and Sarah Whobrey. Perlina died November 12, 1878 in Putman Co., IN. Perlina was buried in the Coffman Cemetery (previously called the Shiloh Church Cemetery. in Putman Co., IN. Her gravestone stone showed that at the time of her death, she was 51 years, 10 months and ? days, indicating she was born in either December 1827 or January 1828 On the 1870 census her name was spelled Pelena.

He married Martha Jane Boner October 24, 1879 in Putman Co., IN. Martha was born 1845. Martha was the daughter of John Lewis Boner and Elizabeth Silvey. Martha died May 12, 1891 in Roachdale, Putnam Co., IN. Isaac Green Allgood was born 2 Dec 1826 in Surry Co., NC, according to an Atlas of Putnam Co., IN. It also indicates his parents were R. and Mary Pilcher Allgood. R. stands for Royal who married Mary Pilcher in Surry Co., NC, 2 Apr 1814.

Morris was born September 22, 1854. Morris was the son of Willliam Steward and Sorilda Purkens. Morris died September 19, 1941.
