will be 1:00 pm, Saturday, July 12, 2014 at
Southway Baptist Church with interment at
Mt. Moriah Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 11:00 am until time of
service at the church.
Mr. Bowman, 67, of Brookhaven, passed away
July 8, 2014 at Kings Daughter’s Medical Center
in Brookhaven. He was born September 30, 1947
to Herman L. Bowman and Elsie Newton Bowman.
He was a retired paramedic and retired
United States Naval Reserve. He was a veteran,
serving in Vietnam, Desert Shield, Desert Storm,
and Afghanistan wars and was a member of
Southway Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents,
2 brothers, and a sister.
He is survived by his wife, Kim Bowman; son,
Kenneth Bowman, Jr. and wife Terri of OK; daughters,
Mariah Bowman Reed and husband Tony of Brandon, MS
and Pepper Allen, of Brookhaven, MS; brother, Richard Bowman
and wife Pam of Baton Rouge, LA; 7 grandchildren,
Brett Knight, Skyler Knight, Alex Mullins, Kasie Allen, T
aylor Allen, Tyler Allen and McKenzie Bowman.
He married twice. He married Kim (___).
Kenneth Eugene Bowman and Kim (___) had the following children:
