Mills and numerous nieces and nephews. Mrs. Mills is predeceased by her husband, Walter Milton Mills and her son, Milton Harrison Mills. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Chase City.

She married Walter Milton Mills February 21, 1944 in Chase City, Mecklenburg Co., VA. Walter was born September 25, 1915 in Mecklenberg Co., VA. Walter was the son of M. M. Mills and Nannie Chappell. Walter died February 1983 in Chase City, Mecklenburg Co., VA.

He is predeceased by his father, Walter Milton Mills. He was a retired State Auditor for the Commonwealth of Virginia. He was a life-long member of First Baptist Church and Arrowhead Gun Club. He was inducted in the Virginia Skeet Shooters Hall of Fame and he won multiple state skeet shooting competitions. He enjoyed spending time at the Outer Banks.
