Visitation is Friday from 5-9 p.m. at the funeral home. Mrs. Nevels, 24, died Sept. 23, 2004, at Watermann Hospital in Florida. She was born in McComb on Sept. 1, 1980, to Steve Nevels and Lorri Strahan Worley of Florida. She was a homemaker. Preceding her in death were her father; and her grandfather, Doug Strahan. Survivors are her mother; her daughter, Wednesday Abigale; her brother, Jason Andrew Strahan of Florida; her grandmother, Dot Strahan of Florida; her aunt, Stephanie Stinson of McComb; her uncle, Billy Strahan and his wife, Judy, of Florida; her cousins, Robin Phillips, and Haley and B.J. Stinson of McComb, and William and Ashley Strahan of Florida.
