He was preceded in death by one sister,Magdalene Smith and three brothers Brack Smith,Woodrow Smith and Sewell Smith.
Surviving is one sister,Bonnie Smith,West Liberty,Ky.One brother,Amos Smith,Ezel,Ky. A host of nieces & nephews.
Funeral services will be Monday,11;AM,December 14,2009 at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel with Paul Keeton officiating.
Burial in the Smith Family Cemetery,Hwy 589,West Liberty,Ky.
