Mary died January 20, 1991 in Monroe Ouachita Parish, LA. OBIT: Mrs. McDavid was born to the union of Leon A. Allgood and Mary Eugenia Case, who married in Brookhaven, MS on September 7, 1908. She was a member of the Winnsboro Missionary Baptist Church.
She was survived by three daughters, Patricia Acton and Barbara McDavid, both of Winnsboro, and Beverly Patterson of Augusta, GA; two sons, George D. McDavid, III of Martinez, GA and Jeffrey McDavid of Hephzibah, GA; two sisters, Edith Smith and Marie Smith, both of Brookhaven, MS; two brothers, John Allgood of Brookhaven, MS and James Allgood of Vaughn, MS; and 8 grandchildren.
She married Geoprge D. McDavid JR.
Mary Kathryn Allgood and Geoprge D. McDavid JR had the following children:
